Qualifications:
Vidhi is an International Yoga Teacher certified by Yoga Alliance, passionate about helping individuals improve their health by enhancing their mind-body connection. With a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy from India and a Master's from Flinders University. She also holds her certificate in dry needling and is an aspiring Ayurvedic Food Coach.
Professional Experience:
Having had experience working as a physiotherapist in India and as a Physiotherapy Assistant in Australia, where she conducted falls and balance classes while completing her Master's degree. She also had placements at Flinders Medical Centre, Flinders Private Hospital, FMC RAP - Tobruk Neuro Rehabilitation Centre, and The Repat Hospital, and worked as a Sports Trainer for the Adelaide Croatia Raiders Soccer Club.
Hobbies/ Outside interests:
Vidhi is passionate about social service, having led large-scale medical camps, helping and assessing over 2,000 children. She is also a professional Bharatanatyam dancer and former Bollywood Actress with over 10 years of experience in movies, Tv series and advertisements.
