Ben Smith

Qualifications:

Ben Smith is one of our Senior Physiotherapists who graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at The University of South Australia in 2019, and has been working at My Physio My Health ever since.

Professional Experience:

Ben has a broad range of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, with a keen interest in sporting injuries, particularly around knees and shoulders, and in a more general setting helping those with chronic pain. Ben uses a wide range of treatment options, particularly focussing on manual therapy, dry needling and specific tailored exercise programs to treat each person as an individual based on their needs.

Hobbies/ Outside interests:

Ben has been a competitive powerlifter since 2016 and has won competitions at the national level. He has a big interest in anything sports or gym related. When not at the gym or work, Ben can usually be found out on the golf course.
