Hi, I'm Emily, and I'm here to show you an exercise called the crocodile that I give out to a lot of clients that might suffer from upper back stiffness, for example, they're sitting at the desk all day at work. So it's pretty easy, just lie on your side, arms together, and my eyes are gonna follow my top hand, and I'm just gonna rotate, breathe out, and then come back together, and then again, breathe out, and come back together.
And you can do 10 of them, both sides, and you should be feeling pretty good! So you can try that exercise at home, but if you're still feeling sore in your upper back, then come see one of us and we can give you some more tips and exercises.
